Shipping

Every piece is inspected and packed by hand in Brooklyn. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

7–14 business days after processing. Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country.

You'll receive a tracking number by email or DM once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, reach out on Instagram.

Once a package leaves our studio, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. We'll help investigate any lost package — file the claim with the carrier and DM us with the reference number.
