Every release is a limited edition. Product images are as accurate as possible; minor variations in color and finish are inherent to small-batch garments. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, we'll issue a full refund.

All content on the Site — including the wordmark, imagery, videos, garment designs, and copy — is the property of GODS | CLOTH NYC. No commercial reproduction without written permission.

Don't attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape at scale, resell for commercial gain without authorization, or impersonate the brand.

The Site is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kings County, NY.
